Tim Smith is the CEO and President of Skidmore Studio.  Since 1959, Skidmore has been providing bold design services for a wide range of clients both local and national.  The scope of their services ranges from illustration and motion graphics to interactive design and strategy development.

The firm recently relocated to Detroit, and the DC3 played an active role in attracting them to the city.  Tim works closely with the DC3 as both a mentor to the Creative Ventures program and as a member of the organization’s Advisory Board.
